Our doors open from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every weekday and until 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays. It is during the early hours of the morning that many traders make their purchases so that their shops can be stocked before they open for business. Located next to the New Spitalfields Fruit & Vegetable market allows our customers to purchase fresh and processed goods all in one journey.

We also offer the facility for you to send us an order and we will pick it for you ready for collection by you, so you can minimise the time and hassle it takes to stock up.

Within an area of 120,000 sq. ft, the Cash & Carry carries a range of 10,000 products, including Africa, Asian, Caribbean, Chinese and European products: from fresh milk and breads to drinks, confectionery, tobacco and other essential groceries, as well as the more exotic Afro-Caribbean products such as Ackees, Callaloo, Saltfish, Maize Meal, Gari, stockfish and Nigerian Guinness and Gulder and Indian snacks such as Bombay Mix and Pani Puri or Greek Baklawa.
